突然のお知らせとなりますが、今月、狭山茶ほのかの生産者、入間市双木園の並木氏がご病気のため逝去されました。
残念ながら継ぎ手もおらず、狭山茶ほのかは狭山園銘茶シリーズとして10年以上看板商品としてたくさんのお客様にご愛顧いただいておりましたが、これ以上の仕入れができないため、本当に残念ですが、”狭山茶ほのか”、”狭山茶くきほのか” そして関連のセット商品の販売は店頭・オンラインショップとも終了となります。誠に申し訳ありませんが、どうぞご理解ご了承のほどお願い致します。

狭山園は”狭山茶”で創業した日本茶専門店です。ここ30年〜40年でだいぶ狭山茶の栽培も生産も減ってしまいましたが、まだまだ情熱を持って狭山茶づくりをしている生産者はたくさんいます。
我々はそんな”狭山茶ほのか”をも超える新たな狭山茶を見つけたいと思います。

We are deeply saddened to inform you that Sayama-cha Honoka and Sayama-cha Kuki Honoka will no longer be available at Sayamaen. This difficult decision follows the passing of the Honoka’s producer and Farmar Mr. Namiki from Namikien in Iruma City, and unfortunately no one has taken over its tea production anymore.
For over a decade, Sayama-cha Honoka has been a signature offering enjoyed by many. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause and thank you for your long-standing support.
As a specialty tea store rooted in Sayama-cha, Sayamaen is actively seeking a new exceptional Sayama tea to offer our customers. Updates on new products will be posted on our website.
Please note that we will not be taking new orders for Sayama-cha Honoka either new harvest shincha in this year. For further questions, please reach out via our contact page.
